Worst pizza I've ever had. Crust was terrible, did not taste like hand thrown pizza. Very little sauce and cheese. It was a dry, thick mess. Will not order pizza there ever again. I usually like Napoli' s food but it was bad last night.

I make it a point to visit Napoli's every time I visit the DFW area since moving away. Their lobster ravioli with mushrooms is amazing! Their fresh garlic breadrolls and marinara sauce should not be missed! The service is always fantastic and the atmosphere and price make this a place to add to your favorite restaurant listings!

Good pizza, but come on people, 5 stars? Have you ever been to a major city with great NY pizza? For the DFW area, it's solid, but please, reserve 5 stars for greatness, quality such as in NY: Johns of Bleaker st, or Boston Regina Pizzeria, etc... Nothing like that here? Duh, but don't lower your standards, just review accurately and maybe some day, Dallas will make the grade too. As for Napolis, I've eaten here about 3 dozen times. i own rentals around town, and a few in this area, so this is one of my picks when in the area repairing tenant moveout damage. It's decent, but a) inconsistent (sometimes very good, and sometimes so-so), and the service quality fluctuates as well. For Garland, Salis is slightly better (the Salis on Beltline, not the 1 on 78), an if you like Chicago style, Pizza by Alex on 1st street is authentic. I actually give it a near perfect 4.5 stars. Best NY style I've found in DFW is Eddy's in Plano. Want to try certified DOC Italy style? --Try Covalli in Irving

Haven't had pizza this incredible since my visit to Florence, Italy!! Very authentic italian food and quaint restaurant keep this repeat customer coming back for more! Yummy!!! Molto Grazie Napoli's per tutti!! P.S. Service was the best in town!

I was disappointed because we were charged for an extra plate. We pay for 3 meals . Plus it was not even a buffet.It is not like it's so eglegant place. It's a small old restaurant.Nobody smiles in that place.Waiter takes forever to come and refil our drinks.

Very good Italian food! Better than the "upscale" places.
