I AM having the worst experience I've ever had with any company. I had such a great experience last year that I decided to use them again...BIG MISTAKE. I placed an order through email 2 weeks ago for 2 different sample shirts for a family reunion. After a day with no response to my email, I called to confirm my order. I spoke to a guy named JB who said he got it. I asked him if my files being in MICROSOFT PUBLISHER was a problem and he said no, then put me on hold to ask someone else, got back on the phone and told me "no, that's not a problem." I called 2 days later to get an estimated time for my shirts. JB tells me that "someone" is aware of it but that my order wasnt yet started on and that I should call back Monday morning. Monday morning comes and I talk to JB and asked him when my order will be done. I told him I had to have them by Wednesday. He tells me no problem, they'll be ready. Wednesday comes and JB said they'll be done Thursday because they have larger orders they're processing right now. Thursday comes and JB tells me my white shirt will be done today but my orange one will have to wait because they had to...ORDER THE ORANGE SHIRT!!! He assured me that they'd be done by Friday. I called Friday around noon to make sure they'd be ready and JB told me I can pick them up at 3pm. I call my dad who came from Mesquite to Sachse to pick me up and took me to the shop in Garland. I get there at 4p and when I walk in and tell them I'm here to pick up my 2 shirts, JB has a smirk on his face like "oh sh@!". He completely forgot and gets his coworker to help him START on my order. And my orange shirt wasnt even started on either. And if this wasn't frustrating enough, as I'm expressing the inconvenience of all of this, JB throws excuses one after the other saying "well, we're down 2 printers", "we have an order of 600 shirts", "it's hard to stop in the middle of an order to do just 2 shirts", or my favorite, "the file you sent was in publisher and we dont use publisher." I was so angry I couldn't talk and get my words out because I was thinking about how I was going to show up to my event with no shirts to show my family. As I try to express how upset and disappointed I am, JB continues to make excuses like it's not his fault and tells me how no matter if he shows me the screening operation, I still won't get how complicated it is to produce a tshirt! All irrelevant to me.

As a customer, it's not my job to try and understand how the tshirt screen and printing works. All I need to know is when will my shirts be finished. Don't give me 3 different days of when they'll be ready and continue to push it back. And don't blame my file when I asked you the 1st time if it was ok to use. So now I left with one shirt and JB said they can have it done tomorrow morning (the day of our family meeting) although they don't work on Saturdays..??? I'm pretty sure they'll either not be there in order for me to pick up my shirt or they'll have another excuse of why its not ready while blaming me at the same time. Honesty is not their forte. If you're too busy or don't want to print just 2 shirts, then let the customer know so they have plenty of time to find another place to do them instead of wasting 2 weeks. Now I'm showing up to an extremely large family gathering regarding our tshirts without the both shirts. If you don't order a large order then expect to be put on the back burner because your order is not as important. My future order may not come close to 600 tshirts, but they lost my order of 200 for our official family reunion.
