I want to put a lawsuit on this place. It is 16 days that I dropped off my car in the Huerta's Body Shop LLC, to fix my car. They not only could not fix it but also create some other problems in my car. I paid $2200 as full payment at 6/8/18 and received my car. Then because I noticed that they installed a wrong rack & pinion into my car, at 6/26/18 as he asked me to fix the problem, I dropped off my car again in this body shop. After 1 week they did nothing and they refused to give my car back. So I called 911 to take it back, but he told the police that he will fix the car on Monday 7/2/18. Still, my car is in the body shop and they don't let me pick up my car. I want to take it to the dealership to fix my car and put a lawsuit on this body shop in the court.
