The first thing they say EVERY SINGLE TIME I CALL is "can you please hold".... No, I can't hold. I've been on hold now for 10 minutes.. so I called back and they said it again. VERY FRUSTRATING. They also refused to help me make my next appointment for my infant. They said just to call them to make the appointment, so that's what I am doing. But I've been on hold for 15 minutes. While typing this I just got hung up on. This is ridiculous

I can't book a same day appointment because they got full. Even though I called earlier before and left call back# and appointment info like directed. People calling after me got the appointments. I've been there more than 2 years EVERY single time I try to call to make different appointments the first thing they say when they answer is "can I put you on hold" couple times is fine but EVERY TIME on HOld for 5 min?? That's annoying just because of call and appointment disorganization I'm leaving. And PEDIATRICIANS I've had 2 there ,they are nice, and they listen, but definitely not worth the hassle.
