Do NOT have this guy repair your cell phone. I took my black Motorola Razr to see if he could fix my screen which went black due to a plastic pivot piece falling out. He told me he could fix it and that it would be $42.00. I agreed and went to pick it up a few days later. When he returned it to me, the casing was silver. He said that he was unable to repair my phone so he put all the insides into this other phone. When I got to my car, I checked to see if all my info was still in the phone. It wasn't, so I went back inside to ask him what happened. Then he says that the insides were bad so he wasn't able to save any of my stored information. I gave him the benefit of the doubt and took this silver phone to my Metro PCS guy who told me that the phone was a Verizon phone that had been converted to a Metro phone. On the back cover I could faintly see that it had Verizon printed on it. Plus, my Metro guy couldn't read the number that was under the battey. When I took it back to the repair guy, he told me that my Metro guy didn't know what he was talking about and accused him of scratching the number off. I told him that I was with him the whole time and never saw him scratch anything off. Well, he takes my phone in the back, brings it back and says everything is fine. Back to my Metro guy. Seems repair man puts a new sticker under the battery...

This story goes on and on, but you get the idea. The bottom line is, if you want your cell phone repaired... Stay clear of this place. Trans Touch, 1049 Gardena Blvd. Gardena. I went here because it was close to home. What a BIG mistake.
