Some fat lady here classifies "dumping" as depositing a small bag of trash the size of a grocery bag. If that's dumping to her classifications by law than it just goes to show you the intelligence of a trash sweeping toilet cleaning minimum wage making stand on your feet all day intelligence of such a person. This place is the epitome when it comes to the pitiful tired looking depressed workers at this establishment...ugh such a pitiful I have to put up with it...
