Management lacks professionalism. If you go to them with a complaint all you'll hear from them is "sorry to hear that" or "go tell them" meaning go towards the tenant you're complaining about. But they're good at increment inch the rent ever so often. Charging of your car spills oil.



I had an incident where some own they hired to clean property totally messed up my detailed car wash. While washing pavement.



I went to them, they said. Go talk to the person who did it. WTF! They said they had no idea who did it, yet water faucet has no handle for just anyone to open. Didn't think I'd check my facts before.



THINK TWICE BEFORE RENTING HERE

The absolute worst place I have ever lived. RATS, ROACHES, TERMITES, SPIDERS I have seen everything you can imagine in this crappy apartment. Management is a joke. They never answer the phone, and nothing is an emergency. They only do what they want to do... The manager is married to the Handyman and they both are rude, lazy people. I will be out as soon as possible!

Marine Terrace is an absolutely wonderful place to live as long as you don't like to have family BBQ's, don't mind keeping your children indoors & dislike having guests ( you are not allowed to have your guests park in your space and the surrounding area is mostly permit parking only.) ...the management team has made multiple illegal rules targeting families with children.Use of the BBQ grills requires a deposit and a the groundskeeper has to unlock it on the day you plan to use it. If you are a long term resident - watch out because the maintenance staff lacks proper training and often does a half baked job for which they will charge you to re-repair, later. The outside of the property is quite appealing but the inside leaves much to be desired. Units are not properly maintained. The Maintenance Supervisor has gone so far as to say that he wants older tenants to move so that higher quality tenants can move in-WOW, right. Lastly beware the potheads, they have absolutely no shame and will smoke weed in front of your children if you are not on top of it.

I have been a resident at Marine Terrace Apts. for over a year now and I have seen many positive changes. The building is cleaner than ever, management is approachable and have been helpful. I have recommended this property to my friends and family. I have not had any problems with rats or roaches because I keep my apartment very clean. I recently saw a vacant unit that my friend is interested in and it looks beautiful all wood flooring, very nice.



I enjoy living here and I recommend this property the rent is very reasonable for the area.

15007 lemoli 310)676/4143 the worst in Gardena from roaches to rats and mold the new managers stop cristmas celebration and there is families living in those apts from 10 years to 25 and now they only have ROACHES ,RAT AND NO MORE CRITSMAS I would't RECOMMEND THIS PLACE TO ANYONE.:-)
