Took my machine to fix it, and charged $300. Never got my machine, never got my money back. Quit answering phone calls or email. Scammers! Avoid this business!

Do NOT have your coffee machine repaired here. They broke a part on my machine when repairing it and asked if I wanted to have my machine sent back and they would send me the replacement part when it arrived. I told them I'd wait for them to get the part and install it. After a month of promises that the part would be there within a week, I finally asked for my machine back, again with the promise that the part would be sent to me soon. When I received my machine it was very dirty. I had thoroughly cleaned it before sending it to them. It looked like they had been using it to make coffee. Plus, for some reason they had replaced the frother (which wasn't broken) and not with the correct one. It is now several months later, and I have yet to receive my replacement part, and they will no longer reply to me email requests for an update on when I'll receive the part.

I agree with the many reviews that you should AVOID AlatteHotte and Rob, After being a customer for ten years he has turned into liar and a cheat. The internet is a with stories that, now I can personally say, I too have had the exact same thing happen. I sent my Odea in to be cleaned and serviced he did neither and sent me back "a machine" (not mine) that was in worse condition than my very lightly used machine and only upon the threat of being sued and a demand letter did he settle by sending me a check to reimburse my shipping cost and the cost of "o rings" he was supposed to install.
Rob was to service my machine and return it once I returned from vacation. I tried to communicate with him via email, then phone calls with nothing being returned.
My machine was sent in the original factory box with all the original packing materials that I kept for 10 years, I am meticulous and cleaned and serviced this machine myself since I bought it. I felt since I was going out of town it would be a good idea to have a "professional" service it. I cleaned it well before packing it. I received "a machine" back, it was returned in a generic box and w/o the power cord and when questioned he claimed the boxed arrived "so damaged" he couldn't return the machine safely in it and that he did me a favor by not charging me. I asked "why did you accept it from FedEx then? I would have filled a claim!" No reply! I then started to tell him that it clearly had never been cleaned as he claimed and that in fact I was positive it wasn't even my machine he started blocking my calls, not returning text not email. When I did get him on the phone he started to try to make me out to be the liar. (I have a video of the machine he sent me and the state it was in that I will post on Youtube.) Only after speaking with my attorney and sending the demand letter that Rob corresponded.

What ever you do DONT BUY ANYTHING FROM THEM

Ordered some coffee beans about 1 month ago Rob said they had it in stock and will ship it right out .. he said it will be 2 -3 days I was excited .. 1 week later nothing not even a confirmation about my coffee so I call him and ask where is my coffee.. he said that one of his employees didn't ship it out and will get on it right away .. that was not the case same thing repeated the following week and the 3 rd week I got so frustrated I called him and told him I want a refund because they are taking so long .. now I worry I won't get my money back ..I can't believe they still operate with all the bullcrap they feed people and not ever a simple sorry

Never had item in stock. Lied on several phone calls and even promised item already shipped so I couldn't cancel. Promised the warehouse was just too busy and would add tracking information. When the item still hadn't arrived I demanded a tracking number. Promised he would call right back. Never got the call so I demanded a cancellation. Finally he allowed me to cancel my order after I called him out. Very frustrating I could have been enjoying my coffee two weeks ago!

Coffee simplicity, at a great value!



With many, many years of great service, my Saeco Magic Comfort + machine finally gave out. I was a little sad to part with my wonderful, reliable machine. On a regular basis, I would send in the machine for service and the very helpful people at aLatteHotte would quickly work on it and ship the machine back to me out in Ohio.



I certainly was in a pinch about how to replace my machine. After I spoke with Rob about purchasing a new machine, I learned of the generous trade-in program they offer towards the purchase of a new machine. A trade-in credit was an added bonus to all the freebies included with my new machine purchase.



I had set out wanting a replacement model to my trustworthy Magic Comfort +. It turns out the machine was phased out of production several years back. Saeco manufactures a whole array of machines. The next best thing to my previous machine is a Royal One Touch by Saeco. It looks really sharp. It is a significantly smaller machine in terms of size than the Magic Comfort +. Now here is where I made the leap of faith.



For the same price as a new Saeco Royal One Touch, Jura makes the ENA 9 Cappuccino, an even smaller machine. What a wonderful little machine. It does everything with one button touch controls. Clean up is a snap since milk never goes inside the machine. There is minimal maintenance, a cleaning cycle with a tablet once a month. What a breeze.





Now, I have a great new machine with the solid reputation of Swiss precision manufacturing. I've had my machine for a few months now; I look forward to many years of great espresso! And thanks aLatteHotte for the great recommendation.

Speedy turn-around time on Royal CoffeeBar !



Our Manhattan Beach Corporate office has a few espresso aficionados. We were so thankful that alattehatte was able to repair and return our Saeco Royal CoffeeBar on the following business day after a newbie poured water into the grinder (a big no -no!) The team over at alattehatte saved the day. It's a great service to have a local repair facility.



Our company has a few machines that we periodically take in for sevice. While I'm there, I usually pick up a few bags of the Lavazza coffee they recommend. It seems to keep the machine going steady and the office crew happy as well!

My second Gaggia bit the dust ...

My second Gaggia bit the dust so we decided to phone aLatteHotte and order a new machine, we decided to go with a new swiss made Jura machine. It is very different from the Gaggia and I really like the new Jura better. It’s very easy to use, everything has become so push-button wallah these days and this new Jura is no exception. I spoke to Rob at aLatteHotte, who has helped us with our dilemmas on the Gaggia and after a week of deliberation, I made the plunge and ordered the new Jura model J9. I was very wary of the ABS plastic finish but when I received the machine, I was very pleased to see what it actually looks like. This machine has a very deep lacquered finish that is just as nice looking as the gaggia titanium that I replaced. Rob said that it didn’t really matter what the exterior was made of (material) as long as the guts inside are durable and well made. It appears that I got a machine that is very well made. It doesn’t bother me for anything at all, but once a week to fill the water tank and insert some beans. The machine is so technologically advanced that it has a laser that delivers an alert when you are out of beans, which is nice because the bean container is hidden in the machine. This is a good design because it shelters the beans in an air tight compartment and away from the sun, the laser allows you the convenience of not having to look at the bean container to “see where you are” every day. I really like this Jura system and I really appreciate the help that aLatteHotte once more provided me with, not to mention for an addict like me, they are always a phone call away even late into the evening!

What more could I ask for? They shipped my new coffee maker espresso pot to me the next day and it is up and working like a champ. No more starbucks. I just love this machine, I bought a Jura C5. The help and support from aLatteHotte was the best I have found online. I was used to dealing with another company that lost me permanently. These guys are actually helpful and fast!

Well I had a fantastic experience with aLatteHotte. Previously I have called them a few times for advice using a saeco coffee maker that I own and they have always been very helpful over the phone, even though I never bought the machine from them. What I like most is that they answer the phone late into the evening when nobody else seems to be around, especially saeco. Well my Saeco bit the dust when we had a power surge (due to a problem with Edison in our neighborhood) and I decided not to fix the product but to buy another one. So who did I call? Of course these guys because they have helped me in the past and I know that they will be there in the future to help me with me new maker. This time I went with a Jura and I must say, it’s very different. The coffee tastes stronger but I think that’s because it makes a 16 gram shot and I love the taste of the espresso, it is just magnificent. I was all set to go with another Saeco unit because overall it has been a pretty decent coffee maker for an inexpensive product (if you think $500 is inexpensive). The model of the Jura I went with is the C9 and I must say, the Automatic Cappuccino features is priceless! My mornings are simple and my evenings are just bliss. aLatteHotte was also a gem when it came to selecting the machine and setting it up over the phone. I couldn’t have had a better experience with this company and I will continue to send my friends their way!

aLatteHotte is one of the most helpful coffee companies I have ever found on the web. I am the owner of three Saeco espresso makers, all the same model, Vienna. I have had very good luck with my coffee machines but in the event that trouble arises, we know who to call because they are always there for us. aLatteHotte services my Vienna makers and they sold me my last saeco which has been totally trouble free. I was just in to pick up some coffee and have the maintenance done on my home Vienna and I was introduced to the new saeco xelsis which of course I fell in love with. I have never seen a company that would personally spend so much time with a customer whether or not they were going to sell me something. They really are a full service company and they seem to stand by their lifetime maintenance program. We have already used it several times for grinder related issues, but now that we are using higher quality espresso roast beans, we are not having the issues. This company has saved me time and money and they have always been super pleasant to do business with, only the best recommendation from my family!

Extremely helpful customer service, received a brand new Jura coffee machine and I just love it! I would recommend aLattreHotte to anyone, in fact I already suggested them to my brother and he is equally as happy with the service. They are very helpful and pleasant and rather than telling me to buy a more expensive machine that I was prepared to buy they pointed me towards a much less expensive machine that I have fallen in love with. There are so many options on the market for espresso coffee makers, and many stores to buy them from. I chose this company, aLatteHotte for a few reasons, mainly that they answer the phone on a Sunday and get back to me right away by email. Since I am new to this fancy kind of coffee product (Im a convert from a Krups coffee pot), it was important to have the service that I require. aLatteHotte made my purchase very simple and I saved about six hundred dollars by not purchasing a more expensive unit. I was steered towards the Jura ENA 9 which has really met all of my expecations. I only wish the unit did hot milk just for hot chocolate but that is something that Jura could iron out. aLatteHotte was just awesome. I really appreciate it the good service, it’s really hard to find these days and they definitely spend the time with you whenever you call or in my case email often. -Dagmar

Me and my wife and a couple of...

Me and my wife and a couple of co-workers have been coming to aLatteHotte for a long time now. I can’t explain how important it is to have a great coffee service at your side! We bring our Saeco coffee espresso machines here for service every year and whenever we get it back, the maker is the way it is when we bought it. Their service is definitely top notch. The employees are fun to talk to and always have delicious coffee on top, so it’s like going to the café and getting your buzz on while they work on your machine. It’s almost fun when our machine breaks down (kidding). They have always treated me very kindly and now that we are going on to our second coffee maker, I can honestly say that I am very satisfied with the sales experience and with the service experience. We have one machine that we take on the plane with us out to California every time we make the LA journey and we always spend half an hour or so with Rob for the tune-up. LatteHotte is a fun experience all around. My favorite coffee that they have me absolutely hooked on is the Intelligentsia black cat, while my neighbor and coworker both stick with the Lavazza coffee, I think the black cat is one of the most supreme blends out there! Anyway, I highly recommend this company because they have been good to me and that is what matters most! Jim in Siuox Falls, SD.

Excellent phone support, we have bought a few machines from alattehotte over the years. They always help when we need it and go above and beyond the call of duty when we bring our viennas in for service. We have used their trade-in program a couple times and find that it is the way to go when something new and exciting is available to upgrade to. I love their Intelligentsia coffee selections also. I can't say anything but good about this company...

I purchased a brand new Saeco machine that arrived damaged because fedex must have thrown it off the truck or something. aLatteHotte took care of this right away, sending me out another machine which turned out to be perfect. We decided not to keep the Saeco and sent it back to get a Jura; which I should have done in the first place. I was skeptical to order a machine over the web but they really took care of us in a timely way and we received everything quickly, all three times. The Jura that I bought is the Jura S9 and it fits the bill much better than the saeco royal coffee bar that I ordered. aLatteHotte supports both machines, but in the end, I am glad I chose the Jura product because it looks about a hundred years newer in design and it makes that 16 gram shot that they were talking about. The difference is a really strong coffee and espresso shot. I would recommend buying the Jura and certainly I would buy it again from aLatteHotte, they were very helpful and informative and there is a plentiful selection of products that they sell. The hardest part is deciding which one to buy and aLatteHotte made it a very simple process…
