After towing our car we were charged $84 for a diagnosis. They diagnosed it then told us oh Bye the way this is an $84 charge. My husband is terminally disabled and they knew we were totally strapped for cash. The car is older. It is a 96 Honda. We only paid $300 for the car and it was all we had. Eddie and his guys knew this. They told us that we could bring the pink slip in and work out something. When I got there they refused to give me any money. They said if I didn't like it that I could take the car but I would have to pay storage. The can get money for the transmission, Catalytic converter, doors all kind of parts. I told them to would take $100 and we could call it even and they said no, "junk it yourself." No kindness for customers, they are just out for what they can get not to help their fellow man.

Seriously an awful & dishonest shop. They charged me $330 in labor for a $20 part.The mechanic was unclear and did not follow through. He said that if I payed in cash that he wouldn't charge tax - and when I went to pay with cash - he charged tax anyway.
