I prepaid a solar lease from this company for $15,500, i gave a $1500.00 deposit. They stated that they would refund my $1500.00 down payment after the system was installed, and a permission to operate letter was issued from Southern California Edison. The entire process is horrible, their communication is awfull, and they are not professional. I have been trying to collect my rebate for the past 3 months now, and its gotten to the point that nobody at the company wil call me back. I do not suggest anybody do buisness with this company! I have submitted a dispute to my credit card company for the entire amount and will be waiting for them to remove the panels from my home.
