I have been going to see Ashraf and his staff for my electronics repair needs for many years now as they are the only ones that I can trust to give a fair diagnosis and repair. They have come through for me again as my laptop was in dire need of help. They repaired fast and at a very reasonable cost. I would also like to add that they gave me a smoking deal on a 25" monitor too. I would highly recommend their services to anyone looking for electronics/computer repair.

Computech is the only computer repair company that I trust in Orange County. They always put the customer first. I have had two great experiences with them and it is safe to say I am a loyal customer. I will recommend them to all my friends

For my daughter's 1 yr birthday party, I had created a slideshow that needed to be placed on a playable dvd. I didn't find this out until an hour before the party when trying to test it at the venue. Not having much time, I googled a computer store near by and came across Computech. The gentleman there was very nice and helpful. Although he could not get my slideshow to play on a DVD, he gave me a few DVDs for free and I was able to get my friend to make it work. I felt it was very generous that he gave me the DVDs for free, but what amazed me most was that he didn't give up. After I left, he continued working on it, delivered the DVD to the party, and considered it a birthday present for my daughter. I was shocked. He went above and beyond what was asked -- without asking for anything in return. Thank you, Computech! I was amazed by your service!

I was really pleased with Computech in Garden Grove, CA they were very friendly and helpful and the work was done in a very timely manner. I would definitely reccommend this business to my friends and family. :))

They did a great job upgrading the raided hard drives in a server I took to them. The only reason I'm not giving them 5 stars is that I would have liked a status call sometime between drop off and when they finished. In their defense it was finished before the 48 hour contact window but I was still getting a bit anxious.

Great store. They fixed two laptops for me. For the first, I'd gotten some absurd estimates from other places. At Computech they fixed it for a very reasonable price and did it well and quickly. I could not recommend this store more highly.

Great Service

I needed a charger for my laptop. They sold me one that was perfect for my laptop for a very good price. The gentleman there was very patient and very helpful.

Sorry to say, was not impressed. I too took in an older laptop, (HP Pavillion) asking them if they could update it for me and basically see if anything else was wrong with it. When I went back in, the guy told me it wasn't worth it. Something about the way he said it made me doubt he even looked at it. I know less than the basics about these machines, but I will say this. All I had to do was run a (FREE) anti virus and that was it! Computer works great now and yes, it's updated. Maybe I dodged a bullet. Will not use their services again and will not send anyone that way. Good luck.

The technician at this store was able to diagnose my slow laptop within an hour (bad hard drive), and even provided me with remote service to fix a shared printer problem I had with my computer at home! I was able to finish my homework in time for school, and am extremely satisfied.
