1. I had a HUGE projection TV and they made a "housecall" when I lived across the street. They repaired the TV.

2. A second TV wasn't working and they came over again. I needed a bulb, so he ran back to the shop and came back with one.

3. I have moved, but I am going back with yet another TV for them to diagnose to see if worth repairing.
