STAY AWAYThey claim they r a high-end Salon with high-end professionals.On April 29th I calld the salon askng if they specialize on ombres.They guaranteed me that they do.The end result was my hair coming out Orange. Everybody in the salon trys to work on my hair, close to closing there was no fixing so they recommended to come back within the next few days.4 days later.They put more bleach.Before washing my hair out (Marina) puts the toner ontop of the bleach and lets it sit.She insurance me my hair will be blonde ombre and when she washes my hair.its a brassy yellow. Not to mention it was not an ombre.Then she tries to be nice and tells me,come back for highlights.My hair is so damaged.i couldnt even brush it cuz it was so elastic.When i went to a different salon to get it blow dry.They couldnt do it.So they cut off all 4inches.They wont even refund my money back .They wnt even do the right thing n refund my money back. Shame shame
