I am a member of their special program and just had my heater replaced yesterday with the top of the line model they carried. Once I ordered it, they called me and said they can't get that model in soon, but they can provide a similar model from a different company. So they install the heater a couple days later and it works great. Until the very next day it won't heat the house at all. I call to complain just after they open and the earliest they can get someone out is between 1 and 2. I only got that early of a time because I kept calling.

I needed my heat pump replaced and Perfect Air sent Kenny C and Kelly B to install the new one. I was extremely pleased with their expertise and they were quick but thorough. I highly recommend this pair and the company that hired them.

I had Shaun out to replace a part that was found on our furnace check up. We are service partners and I highly recommend getting in on A-1 plumbing and Perfect Airs service program. It's great preventive maintenance plus you get a discount on any labor if something does need fixed. Shaun was highly knowledgable and personable. He was very helpful walking me through what he was doing to my furnace and what to look for in the future. I highly recommend Shaun to take a look at your furnace. Especially since were getting into the cold season anytime now.

Justin was very knowledgeable and helpful, and also made sure we got the best price possible. He also dealt very professionally with an elderly neighbor that was complaining about the noise level of our air conditioner. He was very patient with her.

Kenny and Kelly arrived here early and were ready to get to work installing our new Air Conditioner. They were both friendly and worked with each other very well. Kenny worked in the garage on the furnace while Kelly worked outside where the new equipment was installed. Kenny explained how the two condensers worked to cool the air that flows into the house and then take out the heat from inside the house. We didn't know there were two condensers! All the time he was explaining things he kept right on working to get the job done. The two men explained the importance of getting the right kind of filter to make the AC more efficient and economical. Now we are able to enjoy the cool air and know that we are using energy in a most efficient way.The Kenny and Kelly team from A1 Plumbing and Perfect Air are COOL and competent! They had the new system up and running in under three hours and they cleaned up everything before they left. We are glad to recommend these guys to our friends!

Annual A/C check performed by Justine. Most professional and complete. Justin took time to answer all my questions. My A/C system came with my home so I am not sure of the service I received before. Justine has serviced my system for A-I perfect air for the last few years. Justin is the BEST!!

Our Air Conditioner stopped working..Who do you call? Who can you trust ? Perfect Air advertises in St Marks's Church Sunday bulletin.. That worked for me. I called, they said they would call when a specialist was in my neighborhood. An hour later they called, said we'd have a service person within 30 minutes and within 30, Shaun was at the door. He was a very professional and knowledgeable. From my description of the problem, he told me what the problem was. He went out to the unit and confirmed the problem, came back in and worked out the quote. Options were given, no pressure..all my choice. My dog totally approved, she is sure that Shaun is her NEW BEST FRIEND. He handled the problem, answered all my questions and all with a dog by his side. I feel confident in the work that was done and also feel confident in giving out this company as a referral. Thank you Shaun for a job well done, your professionalism and for working in the rain. It was a hot summer day and the central air conditioner went out. I was not sure who to call while reviewing the Internet saw an add for "Perfect Air" and the consumer award they received and felt that would be a good choice for an estimate. I called to schedule an appointment and they were very accommodating to come out that day. Scott Snodgrass, service technician came out and was friendly and went through my heating & air-conditioner. He was knowledgeable to find the problem quickly and took the time to show me the problem part and how to keep my air conditioner in top condition. He was great to notice my filter was a mess and replaced that as well. His service was exceptional & our air conditioning will keep us cool this summer.

Justin did a wonderful job being attentive and answering all my concerns and questions. He also explained what to look for as I was wanting to extend the life of my current system as long as possible. He was thorough and professional. We have enjoyed perfect air a couple years now. Shaun did a great job. He went through all the steps he took to service the furnace and check the air conditioner and explained how the levels are set and what he looked for to make sure everything was running as it should. He was very professional and efficient.

Shaun from Perfect Air came out to conduct my annual HVAC check up. He was prompt, courteous, thorough and identified some important preventative maintenance I could have performed before the 100 degree days and possible air conditioning failure. Shaun did a great job of doing our spring check out of our cooling system just as he did when he checked the heating system. He he made a suggestion about our thermostat that has helped even out the temperature on our 3 level home. Thanks Shaun.

The circuit board went out in our furnace, Shaun came out on Sunday within an hour of calling, he was clean and polite, and very informative, it was 50 degrees in my house. He explained everything fully with what was happening and first thing Monday morning looked for a local circuit board for my replacement, met me at the house at lunchtime and gave me some much needed heat. This is the company I will call from now on for all my furnace needs.

Perfect Air sent Wade out after hours to check out our furnace blower. Wade was quick and clear on what was wrong, and did a great job of explaining what we needed to do, and options if we wanted them. Then he set out and replace the blower motor and had us up and running in short order.
