They really know the facts of the overall lifetime ownership cost differences between the cheap, high maintenance, shorter life mowers, and the more expensive but better built models. I didn't wanna hear it, but cheap purchase price usually doesn't mean cheap in long run. Also, great inventory of parts...seem to always have in stock what I need...even that oddball spring. Part prices as good as internet. And the expertise and consulting they give when you have a problem is so helpful & free, and timeliness of repair too. A GREAT SHOP...once you've tried 'em, you'll be loyal like me...
