Bad product! No customer support. Been calling support for over a year and only get recording. Went to there web sight and it only offers an offer to purchase there name. Product won't take a charge, this is my second one that did not work, now stuck with two junk products. Found these starters on internet for $79.00 without lil lightning logo.
