I Emailed them on Sunday and Nick responded on Sunday - wow! He said to call him Monday morning as he had a couple questions for me before agreeing with my diagnosis that a timing motor was needed. Bottom line is they could not have been nicer and I WOULD NEVER USE ANYBODY BUT THEM - they deserve all the praise one can give! Great family owned company! My control box is now working perfectly.

Yay, it worked! We fixed our sprinkler problem by ourselves - with Nick's help. Nick very patiently walked me through each part of the parts I brought in, tested them, and made suggestions that helped determine the problem. His help saved us a good $60-$70 (we're old and poor). Thanks, Nick and all the friendly help at Evergreen.

You can get sprinkler supplies in a lot of places, including the big-box stores. I have been shopping at Evergreen for the last 15 years. I am a homeowner, not a professional sprinkler guy. Customer service is fantastic. I have found their staff to be very knowledgeable and friendly, and patient with my questions. They have everything under the sun and the quality parts and tools make the work more straightforward and rewarding. And they are cheaper than the big-box home improvement stores. Give them a try!

I could probably write a book about all the knowledge I've gained about in-ground sprinkler systems with the help of Nick and Evergreen Sprinkler Supply. With their help I've gone from a novice to an experienced installer. I started in my backyard and that went so well I moved on to the 5 acre pastures I have for my horses. Nick provided me with hands-on, detailed demonstrations of how to put all the parts together and was very helpful every time I called with additional questions or to have him remind me what a certain part was for.
