Our experience with this builder has been less than favorable. Throughout the building process (as well as after the sale) our correspondences between the builder representatives, sales agents, and various photographs of the issues we have encountered have been documented. We will gladly share our experiences and show potential customers our documented correspondences and photographs. Just ask! Potential buyers should do their research before purchasing a home from this builder. Visit several of the builders developments and speak with several homeowners about their building experience as well as the customer service after the sale. Most customers will not be candid with their experiences with this builder (good or bad). Speak to several customers and then make an informed decision. As for our experiences, we will never recommend this builder to anyone.
