I walked in and was told to take off my bag and leave it, but take out my wallet. I asked the lady if she thought I was going to steal something and she said no backpacks in the store. It was my purse.... So i walked out and will never go back. Another time they would not sell candy to me bc i did not have my texas id. they would not accept my military id.

Nothing but good experiences. Staff is very helpful and will do anything, short of breaking a leg, in order to find what you are looking for.
