Absolutely horrible follow up and customer service. Paid for a preventive maintenance agreement and never received our maintenance. Our ac compressor stopped working this summer, and when contacted they NEVER apologized for not providing the service that we had paid for, and tried to blame us for not contacting them to set up an appointment. When we requested a refund, they refused to give one, and wanted to finally fulfill the pma by scheduling preventative maintenance AFTER our compressor went out. Jeannine was rude and unhelpful, did not call back when she said she would, and again, never apologized for their failure to provide the service they were already paid to provide, and hung up on me when I requested to speak to the owner. Their website states that their business model is Integrity, Honesty and Customer Service. Funny how they failed to meet a single one. We are waiting for the follow-up phone call from the owner and our refund...
