Driving from Albuquerque to Sedona. A fellow traveler told me my trailer wheel on the driver side looked bent or at an angle. I called to see if RG would look at it when I got to Gallup. Richard was extremely polite and said they would look at it right away. Indeed when I got there they immediately figured out it was a bent rim issue and not an axle issue. They put on my spare. Checked air pressure on both tires. Got me right back on my way and didn’t make me feel like a dumb blonde. Helpful nice and informative. If im ever back in the area and need anything they are my go to.

Our moving truck broke down while traveling from Columbus, OH to Las Vegas, NV and our roadside assistance sent us to Steve at RG Truck Service and we are so grateful they did! He was wonderful and took great care of us. Very professional but super friendly too and truly cared about our well being! He gave us great advice to help us with a smooth rest of our journey and it worked out the way he suggested and we would recommend you to go to Steve... :)

Our motorhome broke down fri. late afternoon about 15 miles east of Gallup, NM. We called Good Sam Roadside Assistance, they hooked us up with RG Truck Service to repair us and a tow service to tow us to there yard. Talked to Steve which let us stay in the yard and hooked us up to electric. Since it was late fri. he was not able to get the parts until mon. We stayed over the weekend and on mon. early they got the parts, made the repairs and we were on our way. Thanks Richard & Steve from Pat & Bob

Excellent experience with this business. Came in to have RV coach battery package checked. Tested, and passed. They cleaned the batteries on top and sprayed corrosion protection on the cable and battery posts. Gave us good advice as well on caring for RV coach batteries. I like the owner and his right hand man Steve alot. Would go back, but we were just passing through the area. They helped us out immediately. No wait.

While traveling from California to Oklahoma in our GMC Duramax, we filled up with some bad diesel, and ended up in Gallup NM. The people at RG Services went out of there way to help us, it was on a holiday week end, and they still worked to get us on our way. Thank you guys
