Regards the above complaint. I really can't support his position and here's why.

I had multiple problems with connectivity on my laptop. They quickly, and I mean in 15 min, figured out the issue, EXPLAINED to me, in terms that I can understand, AND THEN CHARGED ME NOTHING. Oh, didn't mention one of the techs came up to my house, Gallup, and checked out my connectivity issues there. I needed a special device, [EDUP if your curious] that now allows me to connect to anything, anywhere-ESPECIALLY airports. I am in the their shop as I write this, with the above device, which had developed an internal fault -they gave me a new one, no charge. No charge for the time at the counter either. MORE another computer repair service, in Boise Idaho, told me that I needed a costly part replacement, on this 3 month old computer. Hollands checked it out and found that it was a configuration issue; now took em 3 days and cost me $82 but rock solid work.

I asked Holland about the complaint, which they were not aware of and were horrified to find out about it, and was told that the aggrieved client needed a part that would take several days to get to the shop. While I can't impune the plaintiffs veracity I can say, without reservation, that my objective and subjective experience in no way supports his.I would urge those contemplating utilizing the services of this business to give weight to my commentary and gave Hollands a chance to show you their quality.
