Simply put, the worst Chinese I've had in ages. Cashews, burnt black and the "chef" still served it. Chow "mein" had no noodles in it, the fried egg rolls and s& s chicken were way over cooked. The only thing edible was the fried rice. I'd never go back and wouldn't recommend it to anyone. Once Panda Express opens, I don't know how long this place will survive. They just don't give a crap.

Owner Cathy does a great job and the food is the best I've found in Gallatin.
