This was the crappiest hotel that I ever stayed in. We tried for 20 minutes to get into our room with no luck had to go back down to the service desk three times to have the key activated and it still didn't work. Finally they put us in a suite LOL. If that was a suite I would hate to see what our original room looked like. The bathroom was dirty. The sheets had cigarette burns in them. The carpet looked like it had not been vacuumed in months. There were no trash cans. The shower did not get hot and came out at a drizzle. If I could I would give them NO STARS!!!
