Rudest staff I've ever come across. And on top of that, they tell you your appointment is at 3:30 when really that's your arrival time. Your appointment with the doctor is at 3:50. But God forbid you show up at 3:40 when they tell you 3:30 because then you won't be able to be seen because they didn't make you wait a half hour. Unreal
