I have been going there a long time. The food is really good. Very good priced breakfast specials, but what good is it if you ask for something and do not get it?? I keep telling them extra gravy but most times I do not get it. I like gravy I would like the taste of gravy on my plate not just a little bit.

Probably the best country cafe in Galax. Their absolute lack of ambiance becomes its own ambiance. Definitely the best real southern cornbread you can buy at a restaurant anywhere. They also do a good job with country ham. Hours aren't the best. Prices are great.
