Rude and disrespectful staff run this "jewelry store." Apparently shopping for a wedding band is not a qualifying factor to get any customer service at this place. I was there on 7/7/15 at 7:40pm and the employee was more preoccupied with what was on his laptop than showing me potential wedding bands for purchase. I managed to see two rings until suddenly he locked up the display and went back to "work" on his laptop, leaving me all by myself with no assistance. I was clearly still browsing and needed assistance. Finally, I requested more help and he got upset. Seeing his frustration, I asked "am I interrupting you?" and he replied "yes you are interrupting me, what do you want?" ...that's the last time I'll ever even consider shopping at this store! I will never recommend this place and will discourage all my family and friends from shopping here. Terrible customer service. Very rude staff. I'm surprised they're still in business with all of the other quality jewelry stores available in this mall. Don't waste your time at this place. They don't deserve your business. Spend your hard earned money elsewhere.
