I dealt with Peter Eaton. He forwarded a credit application, researched my trade vehicle, and had all of the forms ready upon my arrival. I have purchased vehicles since 1977, this was the MOST pleasant and well organized process I have ever experienced. I will recommend this dealership to everyone I am aquainted with who may be looking for a vehicle.

I recently took our Equinox to the service center at Criswell and the service was exceptional. The estimate given was fair and accurate. They were able to accommodate our busy schedules by resolving the problems quickly.

While driving to work on a Monday, the transmission in my Tahoe quit. I was able to call Dina Bartolomeo and make an appointment to drop it off and have it looked at while on my way to the dealership. I knew it would need a new transmission but Dina wanted to make sure for me before charging me for something it wouldn't need. I had called another shop, just to check what they would charge, and they immediately suggested a new transmission. I was very impressed that Dina wanted a technician to look at it before she assessed the need for such an expensive repair. I was kept very well informed during the process and was able to reach Dina when ever I called.

I have purchase about 10 new vehicales in my life and two of them from Crisswell Corvette. I live in Carlisle PA. So when it came to buying a Corvette you have to do your research to get the best deal with so many dealership in a 200 mile range. I found the Crisswell provided me with the best price and customer service. Joey was professional from the start to finish and providing me additional information on the Corvettes which proved much better quality than the internet site. Plus Joey is a people person and he cares about the customers. That is why I went back to him to purchase my second Corvette.

Even though we had some initial credit concerns, Rob was very good at sorting us out with the right finance for us. He was a very humorous chap who made the process a bit more enjoyable than previous experiences! Your coffees are very nice too, which, when you are sat around at various car dealerships for hours on end night after night, makes a lot of difference! trust me! So overall, nice office, friendly people and we walked out with a car - so that must be a good sign!

Stefan Kube was the only dealer in Washington DC area who answered my Internet inquiry promptly, with cogent and exact information that I needed. Then he answered my subsequent e-mail questions. As a result, I went there and leased a Volt. The rest of the area dealers either responded late, or with very limited information, or simply asked for my phone number instead of giving detailed data by e-mail.
