I was looking for a contractor to do work to update/freshen my townhome as I was putting it on the market to sell. I hired my neighbor’s company - All Trades - to do the work. I thoroughly vetted them first before hiring them, in which they rated very high on every media platform. Elmer came to my house to physically see and discuss the work I wanted done - inside and outside, then subsequently provided me with a very comprehensive and competitive estimate. I had a short timeline to have the work done in, which they were able to accommodate, so I hired them. Elmer, and Francisco and Harrison who performed the work, were very professional and just really nice guys. They did an excellent job and completed the work by the deadline, and of note worthy importance, they did NOT take any shortcuts nor perform subpar work to get there. Their quality of work was outstanding, and they communicated clearly along the way so there were never any doubts or misunderstandings. Furthermore, I have a cat, and they took extra precautions to avoid scaring her or letting her outside. They even went out of their way to befriend her and make her comfortable, not to mention made me super comfortable. I highly recommend this company for your home remodeling jobs.
