You people are a flipping joke! You belittle your workers, basically pay them in dog pooo! Don't train them properly! I wouldn't let you do work for me for free!

Greg Simpson... Get off your high horse and treat your workers right! No need in putting someone down that has already been dealing with so much.

Called 6/4/15 to have a load of dirt dumped at my house the next day. Spoke with an Adam I believe, he told me they would be there at 8am. I called at 9am the next day and they said all the trucks already went out and they could be there sometime before lunch. Now I'm sure everyone there is nice but punctuality is to important to me to find out. I ended up canceling my dirt.

I spoke with the lady who awnsers the phones to ask a simple question. She was very rude and asked alot of unessasary Questions. I could tell she knew what I was talking about. I do believe that they do haul water but remarkably Rude. I will report her poor ability to provide customer service and hope that I am heard.

Simpson Trucking does have water trucks but only for our grading jobs and not for hire. We tried to explain this time after time and we could not get her to understand this. We do ask alot of questions to make sure you get what you need.
