I am very frustrated with this facility and Dr Burrell. I discussed with her my thyroid medical condition and medicinal regimen. She decided that I was lying because of my lab work, which I was not. She prescribed a thyroid medicine that was ridiculously low. Even the pharmacy told me that the dosage didn't make sense. She might as well have prescribed tic tacs. The dr also decided to change one of my prescriptions without my knowledge. I had to find out about the change at the pharmacy. The office insists on all messages to them to go through the portal, which I had no problem with until I realized that Dr Burrell only works 2 days a week at this office, and she don't check her messages when she isn't there. They were having technical issues with the portal yesterday. So, I sent a message through the receptionist. And, of course, the dr didn't get my message. I have been waiting 3 weeks now for an appropriate prescription change, and now I have to wait at least another week. I am so done with this office. Time to move on.
