Provided by YP.comI was looking for a new sailboat driveshaft and apparently not enough are requested to warrant most machine shops to offer that service. After speaking to Tom at Maskinell, not only was he eager to help me, he provided the most positive customer service experience I've encountered in a very long time. Call it "Old Fashion", but some of us still remember the old days when owners cared for their customers. Tom and I definitely are from the same old school. CUSTOMERS AND QUALITY CARE MATTER! Thanks Tom for being there in my hour of need, meeting and exceeding my expectations in more ways than one! I've finally found a machine shop that delivers more than just products.
