Just wanted to let The CMA Insurance Dream Team know we are grateful for the decade+ experience,



I've been with CMA Agency for more than a decade, and I didn't realize until I got married recently how much they've done for me over the years. My wife and I were going through our different insurance coverages, and while she was EXTREMELY unhappy with her old insurance company experience, once I got her switched to CMA, she was SOOOO pleased with the different a REAL customer service experience makes.



Not only does CMA help me effortlessly protect my family and our assets, but they also help keep my keep my home domestically happy TOO!!! My wife and I thank you for everything...just wanted you to know that we both are appreciative of everything the CMA team does for us.

For over 8 years I have been using CMA Agency. They are not only some of the most professional individuals that I have dealt with, but they have gone above and beyond what I think an Insurance Agency does based off numerous other carriers I have been with. Thanks to CMA, I save a bunch on my car and house insurance.

The customer service for this company is extremely horrible. The reps. do not return calls, unless it's for an addition on to your policy. We locked the keys in our car and called a locksmith back in June. It is currently October and we still haven't been reimbursed. Each time I call I get someone else in the office (small office no more than 8 people) and each time they tell me something different. One of the reps. (a female) actually laughed at me request to be reimbursed and was very rude and condescending. I left a message for the owner and he didn't even bother to call me back.



I am currently looking for another insurance company for my car, house and jewelry.





If you are looking for a quality insurance company that cares about their clients do not come here!!!!
