DO NOT let them talk you into changing a mobile plan! Went in to trade in a computer, and while at customer service I was told I could get unlimited data and no One time service charges for the same price I was currently paying. I ended up getting a bill from AT&T with $140 worth of one time charges, and a monthly bill at $333 instead of around $250. Very unhappy with an employee trying to sell you something if they don't know the details or can't look it up. At least say "I don't know"and not assure someone their bill will be about the same !

worst store in the state. I went to the Gainesville, GA store tonight with my family for my son to pick out a new video game. He found one he liked and we went to checkout. The cashier rang it up at $64.19 and then asked us to wait while he called a supervisor. The supervisor came over and said I cant sell this to you. I asked him why and he told me its against the law. I said I don't understand. You have a product with several copies on the shelf and I have money. This is the way it works. You have products and I pay for them. He said its against the law and I will not sell it to you no matter what you say. My wife and kids are standing there in awe as he is refusing to sell me a stupid video game claiming its against the law. I told him to stop saying that as there is no such law. He then backs up and says you need to leave your money is no good here. I asked him why and he just walks off. I then ask the cashier what his name was and he tells me he is not going to tell me. I said so your refusing to give me your supervisors name and he said yes. The supervisor heard and said he wants my name and I said yes I do. He tells me to wait and he will get me a card. As I sit and wait for the supervisor the cashier says to me I don't understand what your problem is. I said my problem is you have a product and I have money so his refusal to sell me the game is my problem. He tells me no he said the same thing I would have said. I said look, I have a kid in collage older than you are, I have ID, Money and you have the game so the problem is him. The only problem I have with you is your refusal to give me his name. The supervisor hands me the card and I ask him so your name is Jon? The supervisor walks off and the cashier says yes that's his name. I said good I'm going to call corp. He said it wont do you any good your wrong. I said how can I be wrong when you have the game and I have the money? The cashier Shaine then tells me because they wont do anything for me because I'm the problem here. I told them I will never spend another dime with best buy again and that's stupid since I own a business down the street from them. The cashier told me to get out and never come back. I said that's fine I will tell the world how sorry this company is. DONT EVER BUY FROM BEST BUY!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

My personal favorite is music. On the day of release, they can usually offer a special price on that day. That is choice! So the best choice is Best Buy.
