Your Personal Injury Protection (PIP) and MedPay insurance coverage is the first coverage that is used to pay for your care. Bodily Injury Liability and Uninsured / Underinsured Motorist Coverage (UMC) insurance is accepted when available and applicable, with a Letter of Protection and a Promise to Pay put into place so that payment for your deductible, coinsurance, and any charges beyond PIP and MedPay may be withheld until a settlement is reached with the At-Fault driver's insurance or your auto insurance company.
