I knew that I had a clogged main house line due to my own inspection. The technician came quickly and agreed with me. He told me that the estimated price to snake the main line from my cleanout would be $250-300 and if he had to snake the laundry line separately then it would be another $125 for a total of around $400 to clean my drain. This is way overpriced.
James Freeman is the best plumber with the best prices in town as we have used him before. Sunshine Plumbing is excellent if you need help on a weekend.

I must say that I was very satisfied. The guy new what he was doing and did a great job in a timely manner. We would definitely use this company again in the future.

Once again Roto-Rooter came through. They are always prompt and professional whenever I use them. Affordable and looking for ways to save me money!

They actually arrived a little ahead of schedule. Both men were very professional and courteous and resolved the problem. I had used another plumber and, within a couple of weeks, the problem was back. Very please with Roto-Rooter and will use again.

We had an emergency with a leaking hot water heater and our usual Plummer was not available, so we called Rotor-Rooter. The manager came to our home after hours and helped us. He was very nice and honest and he figured out the problem and gave us great advice. I would recommend them to anyone!

Two very professional and courteous service techs arrived early! I didn't know where the clean out drain was since I had just moved in. It was a very cold, windy day, and I had a bad cold. They told me to stay inside while they searched the property, dug, and found the drain. They quickly snaked the line, replanted the bushes, and cleaned everything up, and told me the problem was cause by a roots from a very large pine tree. I will definitely used this company's services again to have the line diagnosed for damage from tree roots.

Matt was great. Jetted our clean-out and solved our major back-up problem in less than an hour. Really nice guy too.

It was great to have help on a Sunday. Within an hour I was back to using my sink and back to normal. Matt was a pleasure to get to know. We are glad he works in this area. Thanks for a great job.

This is our first time having to deal with a plumber. My husband called Roto-Rooter early this morning as we started having major issues late last night. They scheduled a plumber to come out between 12:00 and 2:00. She also told my husband that there were coupons on their webiste that we would probably be able to use.Now who doesn't like to save some money!! I thought that was very considerate as they give you a two hour window - not a 4 hour window that you have to stay home from work at least 1/2 day - with the 2 hour window, that is so much easier to deal with. The office called me and said that the plubmer got done early, can he come on over. That was also something new - calling to ask to come EARLIER. That was great. The plumber showed up at the front door, introduced himself, very friendly. I showed him the problem, he then told me step by step what he was going to do so I would know what was going on outside. He then asked me if I'd like a quote prior to the work being started. He covered all the bases. The work that was completed in a timely fashion is also guarenteed for 30 days. So not only a great time frame set up, coupons offered, summary of procedure, but great people to deal with!!
