A dentist that cares!

Dr. Timothy Millward is truly one of the most caring dentists I have ever met! He is always willing to talk with patients and answer any questions. Recently had a chipped tooth that needed repair, and the staff at University Famiy Dentistry worked me in right away. Dr. Millward made the repair to my tooth quickly & is better than new. Highly recommend this office & dentist!

New patient special = SCAM

The new patient special is a scam!! I received a postcard coupon in the mail for a deal offering new patients a cleaning and x-rays for $59; however, when I arrived, they took the x-rays then looked at my teeth and said that they required a "deep" cleaning, which was going to be $250 per quadrant. They said all four quadrants of my mouth needed "deep" cleaning, so the total was going to be over 1000 dollars!! They refused to give me a "regular" cleaning, so I left without getting my teeth cleaned and still had to pay for my x-rays, which I didn't even want in the first place. Everyone in the office was very friendly, but I felt ripped off when I left.
