The Gainesville Health & Fitness Center has been operational for more than 30 years and provides health and fitness programs to individuals of all ages. It is located in Gainesville, Fla., and has a staff of more than 300 professional and trained fitness instructors. The company also operates a full-service fitness center for women to provide personal training and weight loss programs. It utilizes advanced exercise equipment of various manufacturers, such as Nautilus, Hammer Strength and Free Motion. Additionally, it offers various amenities for its members, such as private lockers, clubs and spas. The Gainesville Health & Fitness Center also operates a fitness club for men and women to offer a wide range of muscle-strengthening and cardiovascular exercises, including aerobics, cycling, Pilates, yoga and stretching exercises for beginners and professionals. The center additionally provides nutritional counseling services and conducts blood pressure and cholesterol screening tests for its members. It also organizes educational seminars on health and fitness.

Very noisy with open air basketball/volleyball court, conversations and cell phone use on exercise equipment /treadmills. Gets really annoying at times. Would recommend other gyms in town than this one. Nice place but just too noisy.

Great gym overall. Parking is a problem. Lockers something difficult. Can be very noisy with open air basketball and volleyball courts with no monitoring, folks on phones and conversations between folks on exercise equipment. Get a good set of noise cancelling headsets.

Great health club with great h...

Great health club with great hours. I am able to get to the gym ealry in the am or late in the evening, the housr are perfect for my job and family. GH&F is the best health club i have ever been a member of. I highl recommend it to anyone and everyone.
