One of the most impressive things about CrossFit Gainesville is the motivation of everyone there. I have seen a big change in my body physically and mentally. I am feeling great! I am so impress with my progress. I hated running before now I am ok with it. I have came to enjoy it now. I never did push ups or pull ups and even though I am getting help doing them I have notice muscle definition on my arms. I am so happy for meeting such a great group of positive people. I want to say thank you to all the coaches and athletes!

You can't argue with results. I've watched my wife transition from the birth of our 3rd and 4th children (yes twins) to losing ~ 50lbs, getting in the best shape of her life and running her first half marathon (2 hrs 20 min to boot). Crossfit is the real deal for people that want to build functional (core) strength and improve their endurance in a fun, supportive atmosphere.

Though I attended for a few weeks, I loved Crossfit Gainesville and I recommend it to anyone who wants to keep fit. The equipment are well maintained, the gym is neat and the coaches are superb. I felt welcome from the first day and the group I trained with was just the best! The occasional outdoor games makes the whole training very exciting. I will always attend when in FL
