I called this business, and I was connected promptly to a man named Mike. At first, he showed apprehension about even giving me his name.

After greeting him kindly, and asking if they have a physical shop or just do service work, we were disconnected.

When I called back, I was once again connected immediately to Mike. Upon telling him that we had been disconnected, he responded by telling me, "No, you need to get to the point, bra," with an inflection of annoyance on his tongue, indicating that he had in fact hung up on me.

I told him to have a nice day, and disconnected.

This is utterly unacceptable behavior for a business. If you are foolish enough to choose this business, please be sure to "get to the point" and do not ask any questions that Mike might gauge as worthless or irrelevent.

They fixed my laptop when they said they would and did it the first time. They were professional and polite and helped me to understand what I could do better with my computer and how to protect it in the future!!! I would highly recommend!!!!

During a visit to Gainesville, I stopped by to get my laptop fixed, there was nothing wrong with it but my laptop had two dents near my keyboard. They straighten out the board and they exchanged my internal ram sticks at no additional charge. Honestly my favorite place, and lead me to apply and get a job there, just based on their morals.

The new location was extremely easy to find and get to. I brought in my laptop a old model GE62 MSI gaming laptop which I'd figured was a lost cause but they fixed and restored it without breaking the warranty from MSI and giving me a warranty on their part. The owner of the store didn't charge me anything crazy and I never write reviews but this was probably the best I've ever been treated by anyone.
