My initial response to this agency was positive. Keyword was. They saw me quickly and respected the fact that I myself am a medical professional. However, when I called back two days later to follow up with a concern (as instructed to by the provider I saw), they talked to me like I was an uneducated fool. When I explained the situation, their advice was a therapeutic duplication to treatment I was already receiving, and they were okay with that. The person I was speaking with had seemingly no pharmacological knowledge of what drugs do and to advise someone to double dip within a drug class is irresponsible medical advice. So, I feel like it's luck of the draw how you will be treated depending on what provider is present.

I've had many great experiences here.Everyone was very pleasant & helpful.I would not hesitate to go there again.

Don't waste your time here. Go somewhere else with better service. I read reviews from 2008 and this place has apparently not gotten any better. They act like it's a burden to help you, except for the nurse, she was nice. Rush you in and out. The medicine they prescribed did nothing. I called back to see if they could prescribe something else and they said not unless I came back for another appt.. Really! Pay twice for what you didn't fix the first time. This place is a joke! I will never return. All about the money. I would not have given them 1 star, but you have to. Med mart in garner is great!

When I went to Fuquay Urgent Care, the receptionist was not very friendly or attentive and the doctor rushed through my visit. She did not give me a chance to talk and she did not examine me well. The medication she prescribed did not help so I found another Urgent Care in Holly Springs that was GREAT. I paid twice for what Fuquay Urgent Care could have taken care of given they did their jobs. I will not return!!!!

Both times I have been to this urgent care the check in person has been obnoxiously rude---She acts so put out by a simple question.As if you don't feel bad enough--you have to suffer tru her and her throne like attitude. I loved the way she looks away from you to ask you a question--as if she is talking to another--than she turns and raises her eyebrow because you haven't answered her. I like the doctors and nurses but it's not worth the rudeness you have to go thru to see them. It pays to be nice and people who don't feel well need nice. I have a family of 7--we don't have time for games when we're sick.
