A recent issue with a heater that was making an awful noise was quickly returned to service after a friendly visit from Wes an O C P heating technician. I thank you and my freezing tenant thank you. jim

Very informative about the problem with our HVAC. Fair pricing ,determined the problem quickly and Wes was a professional, highly trained and all around great guy.

Absolutely horrible!!! Was quoted a price of $175 over the phone for a blocked mainline and they ended up charging me $475. The additional $300 was to take a toilet off and put it back on. Spoke with an employee after the fact by the name of "Joe" who was extremely rude and disrespectful. Will never use this company again! Don't trust their pricing they quote over the phone.

Orange Coast Plumbing is the BEST service provider in any category, as far as I'm concerned. I called this morning to ask if they could come make sure the toilet seal was good, since there was water near the edge of the toilet, and they sent out a guy THE SAME DAY. He came over, took the whole thing apart, found it was perfectly sealed, re-sealed it again, and was on his way. He called to tell me it would be no charge for the visit today, and the lady who answered the phone (yes, a live person, no phone tree), both EARLY in the morning and later in the evening, asked me to let her know how the call went. Excellent, I say, and would use them for any future needs.

My name is Ray Evert I'm from Portland, Michigan I had some concern about my portable air conditioner i just purchased. I wasn't able to get any customer service help from the air quality specialists near me because it was so late in the evening. I seen the great reviews for Orange Coast Plumbing and gave them a call there receptionist was very polite and within minutes I had a call from Darryl. He answered all my questions and really helped me understand everything I needed to know about my AC and I'm very satisfied thank you Orange Coast Plumbing!

I'd give minus stars if I could. Made arrangements to meet at my rental house for a repair I needed done and after arriving ON TIME I was told by my tenant that they had come for 5 minuets and left a qoute for $10,000! Really? I need a simple repair not a qoute to rebuild the house. This is a 1200 SQF house mind you. A whole new air conditioner and heater system can be installed for less than that. I found a reputable company that could do the repair for $861.

This company is the best. My water heater had burst and water was everywhere. The dispatcher calmed me down and told me how to turn the water off and sent Diego out to help me. He was great too and replaced it that same day.

I want to thank Orange Coast plumbing for the installation of my new water heater. The two technicians Dustin and Joey arrived promptly and started work immediately. Dustin and Joey are Masters of their Trade. They exlained the whole installation process and features of the new, modern water heater in clear language that gave me confidence. Orange Coast Plumbing's deserved reputation for excellence is secure with Master Tradesmen like Dustin and Joey on staff.

My heater went out 2 days before Christmas and it was cold. I was able to get Brandon to come by on the day before Christmas and he took care of everything. I will use them again

What a disaster. I woke up and water was dripping from my ceiling. Even though is was sunday - I called and a technician call me back in less than 10 minutes and came out in less than an hour. He was able to fix my problem at what I considered to be a fair price since it was Sun day. He was very polite, explained all of my options and did not make a mess. I have recomended this company and will continue to call them

I really love this plumbing company. The technicians are friendly clean and will take care of your problem. The people in the office are friendly and go the extra mile - They take the time to call and let you know that the plumber is on the way so you don't have to sit around all day waiting and then they call and follow up to see how the service was after the plumber leaves. I had a water leak coming through my ceiling. I called and the plumber that came out was upfront and told me what needed to be done, we signed a contract and he finished the job that day. I will be calling again.

My air conditioner just was not getting very cold. I called and within an houur Tyler showed up. He was very friendly and was able to fix my problem right away. I was really impressed with the amount of parts and supplies that he had on his truck. He had a big moving type truck and a large inventory of parts on it. I was very impressed and will be calling this company again.

I cannot say enough positive things about Joey who works for Orange Coast Plumbing., He came out to my house to fix a shower valve. He was very polite, very friendly and took time and explained what needed to be done. He fixed the problem right the first time and was very careful inside my house. I have expensive light blue carpet and when I asked that he be careful, he told me that he had booties that he could wear to protect my carpet. I was impressed. After he finished the job, someone from the office called to make sure that everything had been taken care of - talk about Great customer service - Most companies do not take the time to do that anymore. I will recommend this company and Joey in particular as a great company to use.

My water company sent me a letter saying that my water usage was very high compared to previous months and suggested that I call a plumber because I might have a leak. Jesse and Chuck came out and I did have a leak underground. They were able to fix everything for me. What I realled liked is that everyone that I came into contact with was very friendly. I had a water softener line break in my garage and it was flooding everywhere. The lady that I talked to on the phone told me how to turn off my water to stop the flooding and Larry came out and fixed the problem for me. He was very friendly and cleaned up the mess for me.
