Our Host Diamond Trophy began in 1979, in a small garage in Fullerton, California. Over the years we have been fortunate enough to meet and exceed our customer's expectations, which has allowed us to add equipment, services and grow. While we started as a builder of trophies, we quickly realized that our business clients had many, many more needs within the field of personalization. Today we have grown to become one of the West Coasts' largest, full-service promotional resources, offering over 750, 000 personalized products and services, and represent more than 300 manufacturers. Our parent company is The Diamond Group, which provides management and the financial resources to meet our customers growing promotional needs. To focus on different areas of personalization, we have formed a number of companies over the last 27 years. Diamond Trophy & Marketing is our company that specializes in awards and promotional products. While we have kept our original name, we often go by "Orange County's Promotional Superstore" most of the time. It better explains the vast array of product lines we now offer. Under one roof, we specialize in three different forms of engraving, sand blasting, sublimation, pad printing, embroidery, silk-screening and more, as well as any promotional products our customers need. Unlike most companies which take your orders and send them out to brand somewhere across the country, we personalize approximately 85% of our orders in-house. We believe that by having the equipment and technology in-house, enables us to better meet the needs and deadlines of our more than 2, 000 customers nationwide. In business today, we are finding that the time lines of our clients are growing shorter and shorter. Whether they are trying to save money and end up ordering at the last minute, or whether they just heard about a new trade show and want to capitalize on the sales opportunity. Our job in this ever changing environment is to recognize our customer's needs and find ways to meet them. We are very proud to say that we are accomplishing this goal and we're not done yet. We have two showrooms for local clients to drop by any time, and touch and feel thousands of promotional solutions. Our corporate offices and production facility are at the same location. UPS comes by our facility twice a day to pick-up and drop off merchandise. The key to our continued success is to stay on the cutting edge of the personalized product industry.
