Often no one there in the mornings even though the store hours indicate they are open. They take cars out of order and leave cars parked in a stall without notifying others in line. I'm going to 10 minute oil change in Grand Haven from now on.

I stop by Fruitport oil change.... They couldn't even find the oil filter on my Toyota. They gave up right away and didn't even bother trying very hard. They service to other vehicles before I decided it was time to go somewhere else. Absolute horrible service

I stopped by Fruitport Oil Change on Sunday, February 24 for a Touchless Car Wash. I entered the first bay, selected the $6 wash, paid and after requesting a receipt did not receive one. Shortly thereafter I realized the car wash was out of order and I was unable to receive the service I paid for. I immediately put a call in. I then proceeded to the second bay to find there was no audio at the pay station and while the second bay was functioning I received a blank receipt. The next morning I received a phone call from Fruitport Oil Change. I explained the situation and that I was less than pleased. I didn't want anyone else to run into this problem. The gentleman assured me they would be getting a $6 check to me in the next 3-5 days and that maintenance was taking care of the issues. Well it's going on 2 weeks and I still don't have my check. This is horrible business practice and I would not recommended this place to ANYONE! After doing research online this business has been struggling and was placed up for auction in mid 2012. Do yourself a favor and opt for another car wash that provides quality service and appreciates customers.
