While they were very good at the original purchase they have a very poor customer service follow up. Follow up service has fallen through the cracks at times and we had to take the initiative to contact them and although spending nearly $7,000 with them this lack of attention allowed our maintenance warranty to lapse. Their response was that they told us what we had to do when I called a month ahead of renewal but since we were away the deadline past. When I asked on my earlier call I was told to wait the month to renew which caused the missed date. I am really disappointed in their response.
