I received the worst haircut at Touch of Class Salon, 103 Main st, Frostburg. I had long, lush hair. You can see in my profile pic, my hair prior to this. I asked for a trim, an inch off. trim up the already existing long layers, and face frame. The length of my hair was the same all the way around, with a few long layers for some lift and bounce. . This was Cheryl's idea of face framing. This butchered cut is what I got. When asked about her license being up to date, Cheryl stated that she was up to date. I know that licenses get renewed. Obviously she is not staying up to date in her field. She claimed the cut she gave me looked fine. She took no accountability for her own, obvious, lack of talent or ability. It looks like a child cut it. And as I was upset leaving her salon with my 16 year old daughter, she and her employee were shouting God loves you. So Christian of her and professional after seeing how she ruined my hair. I've turned her into the MD Cosmetology Licensing Board, along with photos of my botched hair. . I'm posting here, so no one else gets the butchering I got in her salon. I am devastated and obviously do not recommend her. This salon is more like Touch of Classless!
