Run Away; don't walk; run away as fast as you can. I had a leak in my ceiling through the light fixture. I found the leak was from the connector of the A/C PVC pipe to a plastic hose that ran outside. I gave the service people this info. and they needed a clamp to place on it. They went out to their truck and over 7 minutes later they did not come back. I called their boss, David and he spoke with them when they got back in the house by phone and they had a good laugh about my concern that I was paying $85/hour for them to look for a clamp when they were really "taking a break" on my dime. They never found the clamp. Instead they informed me that they used DUCT TAPE, and said it would hold so I could sell the house, (house sale closes in 1 month).

I told them I wanted the clamp and for it to be done correctly, and they said it might cost me extra because they had to get a clamp and come back. Is this Fair? Not in my book. I told them no way, called Dave, and again they talked and Dave said to just leave as they didn't know how they could satisfy me. Dave hung up on me and when I called back expressing my surprise, he said he could give a FU-- if I was the customer or not and not to call him again. You would be crazy to deal with these folks! Buyer Beware.
