At North Dallas Therapist, we offer individual and family counseling to people who are working towards making improvements in their lives. We have offices in Plano and Frisco.  Sometimes people are just looking for someone to talk to, and sometimes people need more structure and guidance. We work closely with our clients to tailor the counseling experience to meet the needs of the individual or family in a collaborative setting, assisting them in working on goals that they themselves have decided they want help with. Helping our clients find a path to achieving their goals is our primary focus. The hours we can meet with clients are flexible. We do realize that with the responsibilities of work, school and family it can be difficult to make time for therapy, but it is highly encouraged that you not wait. The sooner you get started, the sooner you can start experiencing the benefits of therapy. Let us work with you to start making those improvements today. In most cases our therapists can see people the same week they call to schedule an appointment. In the event of a crisis we may be able to fit you in the same day.
