Initial showroom visit was awkward. Missed initial estimate appointments. Over 1 hour late for rescheduled estimate appointment. Salesman spoke very basic English and could not provide estimate at appointment. He asked of competitor's estimates. Been over 24 hours later and we contacted them to see if they have an estimate, but no reply. Company has very little care in service or professionalism in our experience.
