The Act refers to American-made distilled beverage that has been aged and bottled according to a set of legal regulations contained in the United States government's Standards of Identity for Distilled spirits, specifically American Whiskey. This very Act is the inspiration behind the concept for our niche cocktail parlour, with a focus on bold seasonal cocktails and fresh cuisines.
